Dory se mudó a Lakeland desde Puerto Rico en el 1998 con el propósito de aprender mas inglés. Dory tiene dos bachilleratos uno en Contabilidad y otro en Diseño Arquitectónico en la USF. Con mas de 6 años de experiencia vendiendo casas en Polk County, Dory a cerrado dozenas de transacciones difíciles desde $40,000 a $500,000 representando ambos lados de la transacción tanto a los compradores como a los vendedores.
Como Agente de Bienes Raíces y Mortgage Broker, Dory tiene la habilidad de ayudar al cliente desde el principio del proceso de la aplicación de préstamo, a ayudar al cliente a encontrar la casa adecuada y finalmente ayudar en el proceso de cierre. Todo atravez de profecionales que hablan Español y bajo el cuidado de Dory.
Dory también esta comprometida en educar al cliente en el proceso de comprar y vender asegurandose de ellos estén tomando la mejor decisión para sus familias.
Dory se unió a RE/MAX EXPERTS en el 2008 para incrementar sus habilidades en Bienes Raíces y sus oportunidades de hacer conecciones internacionales. Ella verdaderamente es “La Experta del Pueblo con un Mundo de Experiencia”
Dory y su esposo James participan en muchas escuelas locales, iglesias, deportes y actividades de la comunidad. Ella sirve nuestra comunidad en el Club Kiwanis Internacional y sirve como presidenta en el Board the “Sunrise Community” sirviendo a adultos severamente incapacitados.

A native of Colombia, Roberto moved to the United States more than 12 years ago and relocated to Lakeland in 2001.
Roberto brings several years of manufacturing plant management to the world of real estate. With his background in engineering and management, he is always ready to take on new opportunities to help customers, even in the most difficult transactions. “The expertise acquired in that field has given me the ability to always stay calm and assist with decisions in even in the most difficult situations,” says Tovar.
Roberto joined Re/Max Experts in 2008 to enhance his real estate skills and international networking opportunities. With digital pictures and blueprints, Roberto sold a home to be built to a foreign client. When the clients came to America for the final walkthrough and closing, they were very happy with the process and the outcome. He truly is “The Hometown Expert with a World of Experience.”
Roberto participates in many local school, church, sports and community activities. He is active in political and Hispanic clubs. He is the father of Nicholas and Daniel – “the batteries that drain my energy,” he adds.
