Dory moved to Lakeland from Puerto Rico in 1998 with a degree in accounting. She earned a BA in Architectural Design from USF. With over 6 years of experience, selling Real Estate in Polk County, Dory has closed dozens of difficult transactions of all price ranges, representing both buyers and sellers.
As a bilingual Realtor and Mortgage Broker, Dory is able to facilitate the mortgage application and title closing process as well as the functions of a Real Estate agent. Dory educates her clients on the buying and selling process ensuring that they are making their best decisions for their families.
Dory joined Re/Max Experts in 2008 to enhance her Real Estate skills and international networking opportunities. She truly is, “The Hometown Expert with a World of Experience”. Dory and her husband participate in many local schools, church, sports and community activities. She serves our community in Kiwanis International and as Chairperson of the Board of Sunrise Community, serving severely handicap adults.
We came from Miami to Lakeland looking for a house to retire we wanted (needed) a Realtor that would speak Spanish and at the same time help us negotiate in English. We found Dory!
